Our Mission:

Teach. Inspire.

Our Mission

PARTs 3492 strives to give back to the community that supports us by teaching, inspiring, and empowering children with STEM skills. This year, we are educating WV’s educators in conservation-based STEM principles to give them the skills to teach a technology-based curriculum to our youngest West Virginians.

Our Impact

Educators can have a huge impact on students’ success in STEM fields. By educating the educators with a diverse curriculum covering conservation and STEM-based learning technology we hope to inspire our next generation to love STEM as much as we do.

In our first workshop we educated teachers that touch about

2,441

children per year

Our Programs

Our first “program” is educating WV’s educators in conservation-based STEM principles to give them the skills to teach a technology-based curriculum to our youngest West Virginians. We hope to have more programs soon!

About Our Team

The Putnam Area Robotics Team (P.A.R.T.s) welcomes high school students across Putnam County, WV to collaboratively engineer and program a robot to compete with thousands of teams across the globe. We seek to create a culture where visionary thinking is celebrated, intellectual achievement is admired, and West Virginia's young people develop the expertise to determine their own future. We are a member of the FIRST robotics league. Learn more at parts3492.org.
